Our amazing team is made up of dedicated leaders who are stationed in Africa, along with experienced instructors who travel to us to share their expertise, knowledge, and passion with leaders and emerging leaders.

Through John Maxwell Leadership training, along with specialized topics offered by our visiting instructors, we equip individuals with practical tools, biblical principles, and leadership skills designed to help them grow personally, professionally, and spiritually—and ultimately become leaders who positively impact their communities.

We are also privileged to partner with those who are rescuing and rehabilitating homeless boys, providing a safe environment where they can experience restoration, develop healthy relationships, receive discipleship and practical support, and grow into healthy, productive citizens and future leaders.

Over the past 40 years of living and serving in Africa, we have witnessed the tremendous potential that exists within its people—along with the barriers that can keep that potential from being realized.

We have learned that when people are given the right environment, encouragement, resources, and support, they can thrive. As we began investing in individuals with potential, we were amazed to see them grow into confident leaders who are now making a lasting difference in their families, churches, businesses, and communities.

We focus on reinforcing the capacity of leaders by coaching, training, encouraging, and empowering them to reach their potential. .  

We offer this through two interconnected areas:

1. Marketplace Leaders
We equip leaders in business with the tools, training, and coaching they need to grow and lead effectively. We also create opportunities for U.S. business leaders to share their experience and resources with those who have had limited access to these tools and opportunities.

2. Rescue & Rehabilitation
With local partners, we provide a safe center for the rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned children living on the streets. Through trauma healing, trade training, life coaching, and a supportive environment, we help give them the tools and opportunities they need to build healthy, productive futures.

In both areas, our goal is the same: invest in people, unlock potential, and equip leaders who can transform their communities.
